Los Angeles /-- Las Vegas fashion designer Lana Fuchs will be premiering her new line, RHAPSODY IN BLOOM, at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in Los Angelesthis week.    Lana’s show will be the first time that a Las Vegas designer has premiered at Fashion Week and marks a large step forward for the Las Vegas fashion industry as a whole. 

The Russian born Lana Fuchs is the designer of Lana Fuchs Couture, the lifestyle brand Billionaire Mafia and founder of Emerald Dream Foundation, a charitable non-profit organization.  Her latest line of couture, RHAPSODY IN BLOOM is heavily influenced by her travels in India and France.  It captures both the bright, unabashed colors of India and the elegance of the French Victorian elite, making it a truly unique line. 

Fuchs will showcase more than fifty looks from the Spring 2009 Lana Fuchs Couture Collection inside The Main Tent at Smashbox Studios on Tuesday, Oct. 14 at 4 p.m.  This will be followed by a red carpet party at The Stork, in Hollywood.
